Our Dentists
George A. Oley, III DDS
George A. Oley, III is the fourth of seven children of George and Rose Oley, Richmond natives, who owned and operated a restaurant. Dr. Oley was educated at St. Benedict’s parochial school, Thomas Jefferson High School, University of Richmond; he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Virginia Tech in 1975 and A Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia in 1979. Dr. Oley founded this practice in 1979, nearly 40 years ago. In 1995 he built the building in which the practice is now located.
Dr. Oley has been married to his wife Siham for 40 years. They have two children, Dr. Reba Oley Boykin and George Anothony Oley IV. Dr Reba Oley works alongside her dad and George is a third year dental student who will join the practice in 2020. His major interests include the five "F's": family, faith, friends, football and food. His hobbies include reading non-ficition, the Civil War, cooking and eating. Dr. Oley wanted his friends to know he was invited to be in the "Who's Who" of general dentists, but declined.
Dr. George Anthony Oley, IV
It is with the greatest pleasure that George A. Oley, III, DDS PLC, and Associates welcome Dr. George Anthony Oley, IV, to the team.
Dr. George Anthony Oley, IV, received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Virginia Tech in 2012. He earned his Doctoral in Dental Surgery in 2020, finishing Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. He is currently an active member of the American Dental Association and the Virginia Dental Association.
Dr. Oley, IV, is passionate about helping patients improve their overall oral health and achieve a beautiful smile. At the early age of five, Dr. Oley, IV, knew he wanted to be a Dentist. In fact, his fascination for the dental field began at our very own office.
A native of Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Oley, IV, resides in Henrico with his wife, Kaylea and their miniature Australian shepherd, Bud Foster. When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Oley, IV, simply loves spending time with his family. You may also find him out supporting and repping the Virginia Tech Hokies, playing golf, or cooking like he’s on an episode of Chopped.
Paul Shaia DDS
Dr. Shaia has been setting the highest standards of excellence in dentistry for over 30 years! A native of Richmond, Dr. Shaia attended Saint Bridget’s School, then Douglas Freeman High School. After high school, he graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1977, and afterwards, graduated from the Medical College of Virginia in 1981, with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. As an esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Shaia is an active member in many leading dental organizations.
Dr. Shaia and his wife, Lina, still live in Richmond raising their two daughters, Souad Marie and Noor. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Reba M. Oley DDS
Dr. Reba Oley Boykin grew up in Richmond, the oldest child of Dr. George Oley III. Dr Reba Oley grew up in the dental office, but didn't know she wanted to be a dentist until she volunteered in a free clinic while in college. She graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech in 2009 where she earned her bachelor's degree in biology. She went to dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Dentistry earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2015.
Dr. Reba Oley loves working with all ages. Her favorite part of being a dentist is building a relationship with her patients and following them not only in their dental health but in their lives. One of her favorite procedures is doing anterior crowns (front teeth) because you can really change someone's confidence and make them smile again.
Dr. Reba Oley is married and has a daughter. She and her husband, Tim, enjoy all the great restaurants in Richmond, running, going to movies at Cinebistro, watching the Hokies play, and spending time with their baby girl. Dr. Reba Oley is always accepting new patients, and looks forward to meeting you!
Lylarose Adele Wilby DDS
Dr. Wilby Craig grew up in Richmond, graduating Salutatorian from John Randolph Tucker High School. She then attended the University of Virginia from which she earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a specialization in biological sciences. She graduated from the Medical College of Virginia with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Wilby works very well with children and adults.
Dr. Wilby Craig is happily married to Ross Craig, and they love spending time with their four sons. They enjoy season tickets to Cavalier football games and are avid Pittsburgh Steeler fans. Dr. Wilby Craig spends much of her free time hiking and skiing in the Pennsylvania and Virginia mountains.
Ralph Anderson DDS
Dr. Ralph “Chip” Anderson graduated from VCU-MCV school of Dentistry in 1995 with honors. Dr. Chip, as he is better known, then obtained his Orthodontics degree and Masters from the University of Louisville in 1997. He is also a U.S. Army veteran having proudly served in Korea, as well as Ft. Ord, CA. as a Signal Corps officer.
Dr. Anderson has been working with Dr. Oley and his staff since 1999 as the orthodontic specialist. He is well versed in early interceptive treatment as well as traditional and functional orthodontic treatment modalities.
In addition, Dr. Chip is an Invisalign Premier Provider, which means he has achieved an exceptional level of Invisalign experience which only about 5% of North American doctors attain.
Chip loves pro football and is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He also enjoys listening to music and surfing the net. He has been married to Margaux since 1990. They have two children: Ariana and Angelina. Ariana passed away from Acute Myeloid Leukemia at age three. The Anderson’s have been active raising funds to help find a cure for these diseases.

Penny Clemmons RDH
Penny graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY in 1993, with a degree in dental hygiene. Penny is also a CDA certified dental assistant and a CTA certified TMJ assistant. Penny enjoys jet skiing, snow skiing, boating, scuba diving, mountain biking, oil painting and ceramics. She married her childhood sweetheart in 2002. Penny and her husband have a 1994 Mustang they semi-professionally drag race around the country with the NMRA, NDRA and Fun Ford Series. They are currently the 2007 Drag Radial Champions.
Tina Cummingham RDH
Tina graduated from the University of Alberta, Canada in 1990, with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Tina is married with three beautiful children, two girls and one boy, who continue to keep life busy and never boring. She enjoys cooking, baking, reading and animals.
Pallavi K. Desai RDH
Pallavi graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2001. She has been a Dental Hygienist practicing at this office ever since. Pallavi is married with two daughters. She enjoys tennis and traveling.
Diana L. Nuckols RDH
Diana grew up in Goochland County and is a graduate of Goochland High School. After high school, Diana enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, where she served four years as a dental assistant. Diana continued her education at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She joined the practice here in 2011. Diana volunteers weekly at the Goochland Free Clinic providing dental hygiene services to those in need. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, gardening and spending time with her friends, family and animals.
